Well we just found out today we will be leaving for Colombia in TWO WEEKS! - Yes two weeks...we leave July 23rd and we meet our children on July 25th.
This is really happening! Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh...flights to book...visas to get...this is too awesome!
We are also trying to get an update on the children's sizes (and as to whether Anji is still in diapers)...but the really cool thing is that the children KNOW that they have parents on the way!
We have put together a photo album with pictures of us and the house and other notable Pittsburgh things (yes Sidney Crosby is IN the album)...so they can get familiar with their new Mommy and Daddy before we get there.
Oh man - really hard to even type...as we speak Donna is on the phone booking the flights...two tix going down and 5 tix coming back...wow.....

Oh, I wish I could come with you!!!!!!! This is so exciting!!!! The time you spend with your children in Colombia is so very special. I treasure that month we had with Mark. Nothing to do but bond as a family, see and learn about their birth country, and meet the most amazing, loving people who you will remember forever. My heart is filled with joy for you.

Love the rooms and the footprints at the top of your blog! So excited to hear good news from my cyber friends. :) I am looking forward to hearing about Bogota as I have only been in and around Medellin on my trips. We are thinking we will be in Bogota about a week when we go so hopefully there will be time to do more than go to the embassy and visit family.

Congratulations Krebs family! How very exciting to have a travel date! We're awaiting 3 siblings from Colombia also. It's been a long, long process for us and now ICBF wants more paperwork before the dossier approval then we'll be ready for our referral. YEAH, can't wait! Oh, precious Scott and Donna!! We are so excited for you. I love the footprints with the kids names on the top. I am so excited that you'll be leaving in a few days to bring your kids home. God has surely blessed you!! Tears came to my eyes as I read that your kids know they have parents. Boy, that is what they want...to have someone to love them and care for them.
